Before becoming an executive coach, Jenny worked in wide-ranging roles in the recruitment industry for both successful SMEs and multinational organisations.
For the last 15 years she has worked at senior management and board level including six years as managing director at Randstad UK, part of the world's second largest staffing company, where she ran one of the two most profitable UK operating companies. She has now decided to specialise in the area that she found to be the most enjoyable and rewarding - inspiring and coaching people to be the best version of themselves that they possibly can. Her decision to set up a business and focus on this was an easy one and Jarc was born.
Jenny draws on the broad range of experience she has gained in her previous roles to bring both performance and development coaching to senior executives to help them find solutions for the challenges and rapid changes that are taking place in the business environment.
