Having previously worked as an MD, Jenny brings this experience to her coaching practice, supporting clients to achieve positive changes in their productivity, leadership skills, time management, motivation, confidence, goal attainment and work/life balance. She understands the demands of a fast-moving business environment and the pressures faced by MDs and their management teams. She is able to help leaders make the direct link between culture, performance and revenue.
On a personal level, she has always been passionate about helping people be both successful and happy at work and believes the two are directly linked.
Jenny's coaching style offers a balanced combination of challenge and support with the aim of raising a client's self-awareness, including the impact they have on people around them and in the overall organisation. Drawing on her broad experience as a leader and a coach, she is able to bring performance and development coaching to senior executives and middle management - individually and as a team. The outcome is to help them find solutions for the challenges and opportunities in their working life.
Before setting up her coaching practice, Jenny worked in wide-ranging roles in the recruitment industry for both successful SMEs and multinational organisations. For 15 years she held senior mamagement and board level positions, including six years as Managing Director at Randstad UK, part of the world's largest HR services company, where she ran one of the two most profitable UK operating companies.
